All of the photographs on this website were amazing. I looked each over quite a few time and after a lot of debate with myself, finally chose my favorite.
I found "The Bottom Line" to be the most fascinating photos. The title is compelling and made me want to see what it was all about right away.
The photographs were extremely graphic, but no doubt real. The candid ones give the photographer credibility, and make you realize just how real this is. In the background, the natural sound and music playing tie in perfectly with the photos. It is pretty intense, but strategic as well.
I really like the issue Mona Reeder (photographer) chose to cover. I think our society often looks outside our country to see who needs help when there are plenty of issues to be addressed within our own walls. These photos are proof of that.
The series of photographs are very informative, touching, and fascinating. Reeder did an excellent job with the captions and explaining what life is like for this groups of youth in Texas.
I enjoyed watching the slide shows and learning about this.
